In open psychiatry, bags are typically checked as a safety measure to ensure that patients do not bring in any harmful or prohibited items. This is done to create a safe and secure environment for both patients and staff. Bag checks may be conducted upon entry to the facility or at any time during a patient's stay. The specific procedures for bag checks may vary depending on the policies of the individual psychiatric facility. **

If a freezer bag is not opening easily, you can try running it under warm water for a few seconds to help loosen the seal. Alternatively, you can use a butter knife or a spoon to gently pry open the seal. Another method is to gently tap the edge of the bag on a hard surface to help break the seal. If all else fails, you can carefully use scissors to cut open the bag, being careful not to damage the contents inside. **

To open chip bags correctly, gently grasp the top of the bag with both hands and carefully pull the top apart to create a small opening. Then, use your fingers to gently tear the top of the bag along the seam, creating a larger opening. Be sure to avoid using excessive force, as this can cause the bag to tear or the contents to spill out. Once the bag is open, you can easily access the chips without making a mess. **

Additionally, having a conversation with the neighbor to express our concerns and establish boundaries may also help prevent any unwanted behavior. **

A large and powerful animal, such as a bear or a big cat like a lion or tiger, could potentially tear open the yellow bags. These animals have strong jaws and sharp claws that would allow them to easily rip through the material. Additionally, animals with a strong sense of smell, like a bear, may be attracted to the scent of food inside the bags, motivating them to tear them open in search of a meal. **

It is best to try on the shoes and walk around in them to see if they feel too loose or if they slip off easily. **
